Corporate Senior Solicitor – Senior / Principal Associate
Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to work on an enviable mix of top-tier transactions with a first-class client base.
The Role
You will be advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on M&A deals, while also gaining exposure to venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets work. Responsibilities include:
* Taking ownership of transactions and leading on deals.
* Working alongside Partners on complex, high-value projects.
* Advising companies, management teams, investors, and debt providers across the business lifecycle — from start-up funding through to exits.
* Supporting on management transactions, restructuring, capital reductions, growth capital, and private equity funding.
* Advising listed clients on equity capital raisings in public markets.
* Mentoring and developing junior associates within the team.
