(Remote with Travel Across Scotland, North Wales & Lincolnshire)
Looking for a Senior Regional Risk Advisor opportunity with flexibility, autonomy, and the potential to secure a permanent position? This temporary assignment offers a great opportunity to join a growing leisure business, based in Lincolnshire, while covering sites across Scotland, Lincolnshire and North Wales.
Based within the North Region, you'll play a key role in supporting operational teams, driving compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and welfare across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Regional Risk Advisor, you will:
Conduct health and safety audits and inspections across multiple sites
Lead accident investigations and recommend corrective actions
Deliver health and safety training to managers and employees
Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
Monitor compliance through health and safety management systems
Review water hygiene results and implement required actions
Support fire safety procedures, drills and emergency planning
Produce reports and provide guidance to senior management
Assist with the development and implementation of health and safety policies
Promote a positive safety culture across all locations
What we're looking for
To be successful in this Senior Regional Risk Advisor role, you'll have:
A recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, Degree, NVQ or equivalent)
At least 3 years' recent experience in a similar role within leisure, hospitality or a multi-site environment
Experience conducting audits, investigations and compliance reviews
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and manage a regional workload
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travelPrevious experience within the holiday park or leisure sector, IOSH Chartered Membership, CIEH membership, or experience using Prime would be advantageous.
