Qualified Conveyancer

We are currently seeking a Qualified Conveyancer to handle a range of responsibilities from managing conveyancing transactions to maintaining strong client relationships.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage full conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
* Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
* Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Provide exceptional client service, maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing is preferred.
* CLC/CILEx qualifications are highly desirable.
* Additional experience in wills and powers of attorney is advantageous.
* Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
