* We are looking for a capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support a founder in a dynamic trading business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands import/export processes but prefers a more structured, steady, and flexible role.
* The position is primarily office‑based due to the nature of documentation and physical files, but offers flexibility in working hours across a 5‑day week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prepare import/export documentation (Invoices, Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading), support the founder with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
* Handle Letter(s) of Credit and ensure smooth transaction processing.
* Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
* Oversee customs permits and ensure compliance.
* Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
Ideal Profile
* Experience in import/export, shipping, or trading environments.
* Familiar with Incoterms, L/C processes, and trade documentation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in an office handling physical documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
