Salary £26,750 - £38,950 (DOE) plus uncapped commission with no threshold!

Responsibilities
* Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities
* Working with clients to identify their needs and requirements to fill vacancies
* Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
* Filling short term, long term and permanent vacancies within an agreed time scale
* Building a pipeline of candidates such as Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure rapid response to client needs
* Maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
* Keeping up-to-date with news and changes to legislation in the education industry
* Reviewing performance to continually improve

Qualifications
* Previous sales experience or a target and KPI focused role
* Drive, determination and motivation
* Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Confident, positive and resilient personality
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to build relationships
* Experience in recruitment desirable but not essential – full training provided
Working Hours
Fully office based
Term time: 07:30 am – 4:30 pm (5:30 pm optional)
Holiday reduced hours: approximately 8:30 am – 4 pm, with opportunities to finish early.
