Responsibilities
* Provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients stay independent in their own home.
* Support clients in Colchester as a Care Professional with kindness, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference in quality of life.
Qualifications
* No qualifications required; full training is provided to achieve the care certificate.
* Experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is useful but not required; could be personal or voluntary experience.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful; enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable spending time in the company of others.
