We are looking to recruit a Document Controller to create, collate and review documents for a client based in BD11. This is a great opportunity so if you are a Document Controller with at least one year of experience, this may be the role for you! Pay: £13.14 per hour (£25,623 per annum) Working Hours: working hours are flexi start time between 7am-8.30am Mon-Friday Latest finish Monday to Thursday is 5pm with a minimum 7.5 hours a day Fridays can be 3-5.5hours between 7am and 1pm, total 37.5 per week Temporary to Permanent after 26 weeks Document Controller Key Responsibilities: Complete & collate documents for weekly deliveries of supports Carry out checks on documents created by peers Reviewing & updating supporting documents Managing document trackers Uploading documents to an EDMS Reporting to other departments on documents' status Updating whiteboard on document progress As built drawing checking Managing material documents Attending manufacturing meeting Giving regular document updates to the client Working within an ISO 9001 framework Education and Skills: A-Level qualifications or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Document Control specifically Excellent communication skills - ability to liaise with the client Good experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) Experience of ISO 9001 standards Experience using different types of software Able to use your own initiative to complete & prioritise your own workload Good administrative & organisational skills Able to work well under pressure Maintain high levels of confidentiality Good time management Ability to multitask If you are interested in this great Document Controller opportunity, press 'APPLY' now or call (phone number removed) for more information.
