What will you be doing?
This isn’t business as usual.
You’ll lead the technical delivery of our WIDE (Workforce Innovation & Digital Excellence) initiative—designing and building powerful, real‑world solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and integrations. Working in a small project team you will:
* Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions that improve productivity and service delivery
* Identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working
* Demonstrate the art of the possiblethrough low-code innovation
* Influence stakeholders and shape futurelonger-term digital transformation
* Set best practice and mentor others in Power Platform development
About you
You’re a hands‑on technical expert who combines creativity with delivery:
* Deep experience withPower Platform (Power Apps, Automation and Integration)
* Strong integration and API knowledge
* Passion foruser‑centred design and low‑code innovation
* Ability to turn ideas into working solutions—fast
* Confident influencing both technical and non‑technical audiences
* A naturalproblem solver, challenger and innovator
* Experienced in documenting solutions and complex solutions in a way that enables smooth handover, knowledge transfer, and long‑term support capability.
