They’re now looking for an Operations Manager to lead their teams, elevate performance, and champion a people-first culture. What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing multiple leisure sites across London, with a focus on engagement, energy, and efficiency
* Leading and developing a passionate, high-performing team who love what they do
* Driving a positive customer experience through top-tier service and a vibrant atmosphere
* Ensuring each site runs smoothly, from staffing and stock to health & safety and customer flow
* Working closely with senior leadership on growth plans, new openings, and operational strategy
* Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improve, and inject fun into everything we do
What we’re looking for:
* A background in multi-site management in leisure, hospitality, fitness, or food retail
* A hands-on leader who thrives on people, positivity, and operational excellence
* Someone who gets the London market and knows how to deliver brilliant customer experiences
* Strong commercial acumen, you understand the numbers and how to make them work
* Energy, initiative, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
