Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Execution * Translate the Managing Director’s strategic vision into clear, actionable operational plans. * Lead the day-to-day execution of business operations to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals. * Drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability across all departments. Project & Account Management * Act as the critical liaison between clients and creative teams. * Ensure clear communication and proactive management of client expectations. * Balance the demands of multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs. Sales Opportunity & Revenue Management * Identify and act upon opportunities for upselling and cross-selling without compromising project focus. * Support revenue growth through operational insight and pipeline development. * Confidently manage and communicate financial implications of scope changes and budget overruns with clients. Financial & Administrative Oversight * Deliver accurate and timely reporting on financial metrics and KPIs. * Ensure invoicing, account updates, and job numbering systems are managed efficiently. * Work closely with finance teams to support business sustainability and profitability. Quality & KPI Management * Maintain a high standard of output across all projects, ensuring key performance indicators are met. * Effectively manage scope creep and safeguard the profitability and timelines of each project. Performance & Reporting Management * Own and deliver insightful internal and client-facing reports for ROI and performance reviews. * Ensure leadership is fully briefed and all key documents receive approval before distribution. Client Relationship Excellence * Serve as a professional, trusted point of contact for clients. * Build strong, positive relationships that balance client needs with the wellbeing and output of internal teams. * Confidently handle sensitive or challenging conversations in a constructive, solution-focused way.
