At Steer Automotive Group, we’re driven by excellence, innovation, and integrity. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Regional Operations Manager to support and enhance the performance of multiple accident repair centres across North London.
This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Director, focused on operational delivery, people leadership, and driving consistent performance across your region.
About the Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of bodyshops, ensuring each site delivers against key performance indicators, financial targets, and operational standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting site leaders while also acting as a bridge between regional strategy and day-to-day execution.
You’ll be hands-on, visible across sites, and confident in challenging performance while providing the support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
13. Drive performance across multiple sites, ensuring delivery against KPIs, budgets, and operational targets
14. Support Bodyshop Managers to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
15. Monitor and analyse performance data, identifying trends and implementing improvements
16. Play a key role in recruitment and talent development across the region
17. Support and manage escalated employee relations cases, working closely with HR
18. Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, processes, and best practice
19. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
About You
20. Proven experience in a multi-site operational or regional management role, ideally within the automotive or accident repair industry
21. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering against budgets and KPIs
22. Confident leader with the ability to influence, support, and challenge site teams
23. Experience handling complex employee relations matters (with HR support)
24. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
25. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across North London
