We’re looking for an organised, energetic, and brilliant business operations coordinator to join our team.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track — from contract admin to scheduling meetings, prepping sales proposals, welcoming guests, and making the office hum.

* Support directors and teams with contracts, systems, and processes
* Arrange meetings for senior management
* Support with sales admin, contract and subscription management
* Be the friendly face for visitors and keep the office running like clockwork

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication — written and verbal
* A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
* Friendly, approachable, and comfortable dealing with internal teams and guests
