Reporting directly to the CEO
We are a fast-growing, founder-led wealth management firm serving High Net Worth individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners. We are known for long-term thinking, discretion and advice that goes far beyond products.
We are now seeking a Business Development Director to work directly with the CEO, focused on building strategic introducer relationships and attracting high-qulity HNW clients into the firm.
This is not a sales role and does not involve cold calling or product pushing. It is a senior, relationship-driven position for someone who thrives on trust, credibiity and long-term value creation.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future
growth of A Wealth by:
• Building and nurturing a network of professional introducers
• Opening doors to HNW and entreprenurial clients
• Acting as a senior ambassador for the AK Wealth brand
• Working closely with the CEO on strategic partnerhips and events
This role offers genuine autonomy, influence and long-terrm progression.
Key Focus Areas
Introucer Relationships
• Develop long-ter partnerships with:
o Accountnts and tax advisers
o Solicitors (private cliet, family, corporate)
o Property profesionals and developers
o Corporate fnance and exit advisers
o Mortgage brkers serving HNW clients
o Privatebanks and family offices
• Create trusted, reciprocal relationships that genrate consistent referrals
High Nt Worth Client Origination
• Source and qualfy HNW individuals through:
o Profssional and private networks
o Introduction, events and private meetings
• Ensure all prospects are well-ualified before CEO engaement
Brand & Market Presence
• Represent AK Wealth at professionl, private and introducer events
• Support joint seminars,dinners an strategic initiatives
About You
You are a credible, relatonship-led business developer with:
• Proven experience buildng senior professional relationships
• A strong netwrk of introducers and/or HNW contacts
• Confidence engagig at partner, director and board level
• High emotionl intelligence and commercial judgement
• A polished, professioal presence aligned with a premium brand
Experience in wealth management, privae banking, law, accountancy, property or corporate finance is advantageous but not essential.
