Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will collaborate with Senior P&G Project Architects to lead both internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe. This includes exciting new constructions and innovative remodels.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process through various phases, including feasibility studies, design briefs, detailed designs, and project close-outs.
* Data Insights Driving Workplace Design Strategy: Utilize occupancy and portfolio data to create actionable insights, transforming planning principles into Design Toolkits and automated solutions.
* Digital Design Innovation: Engage in parametering and scripting for AI tools, driving efficient idea generation and enhancing user engagement in design options.
*This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, with travel opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications
* Degree in architecture; a master’s degree is a plus.
* Specialization in parametric design/digital modeling tools is preferred.
* Proven architecture practice experience.
* Experience in data management and insights for project analysis.
* Familiarity with occupancy planning and attendance data management.
* Digital skills in AI-generated design and parametric design.
* Experience in branding and environmental graphic design.
* Ability to integrate design management with project management processes.
* Experience managing external design and project partners.
