Who we look for We look for recent (or soon-to-be) graduates with an excellent track record of individual achievement – who are interested in a challenging, exciting career in the commodities sector. You should have an entrepreneurial approach, a deeply analytical mindset, and the capability to solve complex problems using a wide range of numerical and technical skills. Working at Glencore requires commercial awareness, adaptability and resilience – and you will need to thrive in team environments as well as take initiative independently.
