Role Description:
This is a part-time role as a Customer Service Representative at Jigsaw Finance. The role will involve;
Speaking to customers to answer inbound enquiries and queries
Calling customer to run through a structured call to discuss the terms of their finance offer
Using our CRM to update customer records
Assessing customer finance needs and sending customers to lenders to secure a finance approval
Communicating with employees and introducers via. Telephone and Microsoft Teams
The role involves building strong relationships with dealers and customers to support their buying decisions and individual circumstances.
The Role:
The role will involve between 12-20 hours per week
Every Saturday and Sunday (required) plus time Monday to Friday
