· Varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation files including employment
· Matters include:
o Company commercial director/shareholder disputes
o Business partnership disputes
o Breach of contract
o Property claims
o ToLATA
o Boundary/neighbour disputes
o Private nuisance, harassment and defamation
o Contested probate
o Professional negligence
o Debt recovery
o Possession and insolvency claims
· 5 Days per week preferable although part time considered
· Immediate start
· 3-4 months whilst recruit permanently
