This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll balance practice oversight with quality assurance, team development, and strategic input - without the bureaucracy and overload of local authority structures. You'll ensure the delivery of consistent, child-focused, trauma-informed assessments across the organisation's Ofsted-regulated homes and Family Assessment Centres. You'll also work closely with Registered Managers, clinical teams, and the senior leadership group to embed safe and effective social work practice across all services.
