Our client, a foremost designer and manufacturer in the UK timber frame sector, is recruiting Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team in Witney. 1. Competitive pay: £504 per week (based on 40 hours), with overtime paid at per hour (£756 per week potential)
2. Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

What you’ll be doing:
6. Manufacturing timber frame components to high safety, quality, and productivity standards
7. Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the manufacturing team
8. Accurately recording production data and reporting any health, safety, or equipment issues
9. Following training and company procedures to maintain excellent product standards
What we’re looking for:
10. Experience in production, joinery, or timber frame work is beneficial but not essential
11. Good practical skills and confidence working with your hands
12. Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret technical drawings are advantageous
13. Forklift licence is a bonus but not required
