A propertypany is looking to recruit asap for a bright, customer-focused individual who is used to multitasking to join their busy team. This role is fully office-based.
Your new role
1. You will be dealing with customer service matters over the phone and email.
2. Resolving queries from customers, clients and contractors
3. Handling calls with empathy and taking the time to listen to the customer, ensuring they receive excellent service
4. You will need to issue instructions to contractors for repairs or maintenance.
5. Log work orders and follow up on any work actioned to ensure the case has been resolved by SLA’s.
6. You will need to update thepany database andplete other ad hoc administrative tasks.
7. Multitask between differentputer systems, switching between tasks seamlessly
8. Customer focus is key to ensure they receive a positive customer journey.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong customer focus
Experience in a fast-paced office and multitasking
Strong IT literacy, including Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Clear and confidentmunicator
Experience in handling high volumes of queries and requests
What you'll get in return
Full time hours (37 hours a week) – start time between 8:15am and 9:15am
Monday to Friday working week
On-site parking

Asap start
Up to £15 per hour depending on experience
