Main duties of the job
* Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
* Conduct face‑to‑face appointments, regular check‑ups, health assessments, and chronic disease management.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centred care.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
* Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

We are a well established training practice led by six GP Partners, supported by four Salaried GPs and a skilled nursing team of four Practice Nurses who deliver our chronic disease management clinics. Our Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician work closely with the wider team to optimise patient care and support medication management.

* Fully qualified and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
