OVERVIEW: Join our creative studio operations team to play a key role in delivering a leaner, faster, more accurate studio that creates better work with reduced cost, at scale. Working into the Operations Performance Lead this role is instrumental in managing photo & video files and product information, ensuring the right files are managed through post-production and onwards into finished asset creation and distribution to our multiple media and retail channels in fit for onward purpose formats. This role is pivotal in ensuring the right work with the right product information reaches our teams efficiently and in the right formats to be used to effectively drive our campaigns globally. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Responsible for: Support the business in managing captured content files and associated metadata relating to the images captured (photo & video) plus product information, ensuring the right files are managed through post-production and onwards into finished asset creation. Working closely with the “end users” of our content (retail, performance media eCom, athletes and wholesale and franchise partners) to ensure the structure and formats of the content we provide is optimised. Wherever possible we want to produce content that has the highest possible onward use with the lowest possible further manipulation and adaptation required. This is a quasi-technical role; there is a strong element of file management and use of systems to ensure accurate handing of assets and data through workflows from set to final distribution. You will work closely with technology teams, DAM managers, editors, retouchers and others involved in creating content to ensure the right assets move effectively through the workflow. This is a highly valued process supporting fast-paced digital, eCom, organic & paid advertising teams as well as international retail partners. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria: Excellent organisational, process and quality skills Attention to detail and high quality standards Asset management systems: Deep understanding of media asset management (MAM) and DAM processes and platforms. Media workflow: Knows how to facilitate the workflow of assets into post / automation (Adobe CC, Capture One, retouching workflows) and into downstream systems (e-comm, CMS, marketing platforms). Automation savvy: Familiar with automating ingest, tagging, transcoding, and archiving processes to facilitate scale operations. File types & specs: Knows video, photo, and audio formats, codecs, resolutions, and compression methods. Version control & asset lifecycle: Oversees media from capture to archive—ensuring naming consistency, usage history, and audit trails. High-volume content flow: Comfortable managing thousands of images and videos per season, from editorial to e-commerce to social. Taxonomy & classification: Maintains a structure that supports brand campaigns, product categories, shoot IDs, models, stylists, seasons, and more. Governance & compliance: Rigorously enforces naming conventions, usage rights, and expiration rules across all asset types.
