Euromixers Ltd is an award-winning company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial fluid mixers. We are looking for a conscientious, reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small, friendly team. The role will be on a part-time permanent basis with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 accounting software
* Processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
* Preparing customer invoices and statements
* Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment
* Liaising with company accountant
* Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records
* Assisting with financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Supporting other administrative functions as required
Essential Requirements
* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Strong knowledge and practical use of Sage 50 accounting software
* Solid understanding of accounting principles
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills
Desirable Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience working within industrial equipment supplies or a manufacturing environment
