Business Manager Hyundai Bristol | Company Car | Excellent OTE We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our successful dealership team. You’ll receive a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000, plus comprehensive company benefits. The Role As Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance packages to customers, following qualification from the sales executives. You will: Build, present and convert finance and insurance solutions in line with customer needs Ensure full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations Support delivery of the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process Drive departmental performance to meet and exceed agreed targets Actively engage with customers, delivering first‑class customer service Support colleagues to maximise new and used vehicle sales alongside add‑on products including finance, warranty, paint protection and insurance products Customer satisfaction and compliance will be at the heart of everything you do. About You To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a Business Manager or Sales Management role, ideally within the automotive industry A strong understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities A customer‑centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service A full, valid UK driving licence Compliance & Values As a values-driven business, it is essential that our management team consistently demonstrate behaviours that deliver positive outcomes for our customers.
