Senior Partnership Development Manager - Fintech / Payments (Recurring Commerce)

How Ya Doing is partnering with an FCA-regulated payments specialist that is built specifically for the recurring commerce market. They provide a unified, API-first platform that handles the full payment lifecycle - integrating card processing, Open Banking, and automated Direct Debits for UK-based subscription, lending, and digital goods businesses.

The company has recently secured growth funding and is currently scaling its footprint in the VRP and Open Banking space. They move away from the "one-size-fits-all" approach of larger providers, focusing instead on high-performance, tailored infrastructure for scaling businesses.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Partnership Development Manager to lead growth within the Subscriptions and Digital Goods verticals. This is an individual contributor role (with the potential to grow into management and strategic leadership) focused on building high-revenue alliances with ISVs, SIs, and strategic platforms.


Responsibilities

* Vertical Ownership: Own the strategy and execution for acquiring high-value strategic partners.
* End-to-End Management: Lead the full partnership cycle, from initial prospecting and technical negotiation to integration and long-term enablement.
* Product Influence: Serve as the bridge between partners and internal product teams to help guide the roadmap for the digital economy.
* Performance Optimisation: Run high-level QBRs to identify cross-sell opportunities and improve partner performance.


Your Required Experience

* A track record in Partnership Development or complex B2B sales within Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
* Payments Knowledge and the ability to demonstrate your deep familiarity with payment processing and the specific needs of the subscription/digital goods sector.
* Experience delivering revenue and growth through subscriptions.
* Proven ability to manage outbound prospecting and hit revenue targets through technology-led alliances.
* Technical Literacy - you must be confident and comfortable discussing API integrations and complex payment flows with stakeholders.
