We’re working with a highly regarded Private Equity firm based in Mayfair. The business offers a collaborative, professional environment where assistants are genuinely valued and play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders and specialist teams.
THE ROLE:
This is a broad Executive Assistant role supporting a senior stakeholder within the business. The position combines traditional EA support with coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Day to day will include:
* Diary and inbox management for a senior stakeholder and team members
* Coordinating meetings, board and portfolio calls, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
* Supporting ESG reporting, due diligence and regulatory processes
* Liaising with portfolio companies and internal stakeholders
* Managing internal tracking and reporting systems
* Coordinating logistics for key sustainability events
* Organising team meetings, actions and follow-ups
* Occasional travel support
The ideal candidate will be an Executive Assistant with 8+ years’ experience in a fast-paced professional services or financial environment. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach and confidence supporting senior and external stakeholders. A genuine interest in ESG or sustainability, along with experience coordinating varied projects or events, would be beneficial, as would a hands-on, adaptable mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
