We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
The Old Vicarage is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have challenging behaviors and complex needs. We provide tailored care promoting independence and community integration.
Our resident profile:
* Adults aged 18+ years
* Individuals with primary diagnoses of learning disability, challenging behaviors, mental illness, or forensic background
* Secondary diagnoses of personality disorder or autism
* May have communication challenges
* May have complex needs
