We are seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to provide essential surveying and technical advice to a Housing Association based in Eastleigh.

Key Duties:
* Inspect, assess, and specify technical solutions for complex repair requests and property defects.
* Prepare schedules of work and provide technical surveying support and oversight for minor/major works projects.
* Lead and guide multi:disciplined projects, ensuring the business meets all statutory and regulatory compliance obligations.
* Investigate disrepair cases, produce detailed Housing Conditions reports, and provide technical support to our legal team.
* Carry out planned maintenance component assessments and provide technical approval for Disabled Facility Grant works.
Key requirements:
* Experience in building maintenance or building surveying
* Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification.
* Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (advantageous)
* Full driving licence and access to own transport (milage paid)
