We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards.
Duties
* Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project specifications and objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
* Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication among all parties involved.
* Develop accurate financial forecasts for all of your projects
Experience
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role within the electrical industry
* Strong proficiency in time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools.
* Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
