Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and academic growth.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance student learning.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to safeguarding policies.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their development.
* Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to teaching.
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
