Role Description
We're looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing team in the London area (on-site / hybrid).
As a BDR, you'll be the
first point of contact
with new prospects, responsible for generating qualified opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. You'll research and reach out to target companies, connect with decision-makers, and book meetings for our senior sales team. Success in this role is measured by the
quality of meetings booked, the pipeline generated, and the relationships built
.

with a clear progression path into Account Executive and Sales Manager roles.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and research target companies in the UK market.
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
* Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
* Manage and update the CRM with accurate notes and next steps.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach campaigns.
* Provide feedback from the market to help refine our sales strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn).
* Resilient and target-driven — motivated to meet and exceed goals.
* Organised with excellent time-management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Sales or lead generation experience is an advantage (but not essential).
* Experience in packaging, consumables, or procurement sectors is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
