Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing construction business as they look to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

About the Role:
As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing project financials and ensuring delivery within budget
* Overseeing contracts and subcontractor appointments
* Managing procurement, valuations, applications, and payments
* Leading contract reviews and supporting risk management
* Playing a key role in dispute resolution
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You:
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
* A strong background within the construction sector
* Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
