Data Administrator / Data Entry – Christchurch – 6 Month Contract
Our client is moving from a paper-based process to a new digital system and needs support uploading and organising product data for 900+ products. As a result, they are recruiting a Data Administrator / Data Entry Administrator on a 6-month contract basis.
This role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate or detail-focused administrator to gain hands-on office experience within a product-based business. While the work can be repetitive, you’ll be part of a team who are genuinely passionate about their products, creating a friendly and supportive working environment.
The role will involve data entry and product data administration, including uploading and managing product information such as artwork, specifications, size details, testing reports, recipes and formulations within the PIM system.
What you’ll be doing

Locating and inputting missing product data for products already on the system

Uploading digital assets including artwork, test results, images and certificates
*
Working with internal teams to capture and upload product specification details for new products within the PIM system (approx. 30 per month)
*
Assisting with running reports from the PIM system and Excel
*
Supporting data entry for retail portal specifications
