Responsibilities for Health & Safety Manager
* Carry out training and inductions for new members joining the business.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with local legislation.
* Proactively look to improve and develop the business's H&S standards and policies.
* Promote campaigns across the business advocating health, safety, & wellbeing.
* Regularly set up H&S meetings with the board and local committees.
* Build and manage relationships with clients.
Requirements for Health & Safety Manager
* NEBOSH Qualified.
* Previous experience carrying out site audits and risk assessments.
* A strong understanding of health & safety legislation.
