Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are recruiting for 1 sales consultant to start in their award winning branch in Crewe.
You will be required to target key prospect users through a direct approach; cold calling; social media and networking to bring on new business opportunities. You will be required to take an active role, ensuring high quality in standards, service, and transparency to clients as well as to temporary workers. Travelling to see potential clients across Cheshire and Staffordshire. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working in sync with them and alongside our office team.
We require someone who has a strong sales and business development background, with a track record in establishing strong relationships at all levels. The role requires the successful candidate to work alongside the Branch Manager for developing and supporting the team to maximise sales and service standards to clients. You must be a positive role model within all aspects of the job and have a drive to succeed and establish close working relationship with clients to maximise opportunities and grow business.

This is a key role within the branch, and in addition to highly polished selling, influencing, and communication skills you will need to demonstrate:
* Tenacity, desire, and a true competitive spirit
* A track record in building strong client relationships
* Experience within the recruitment industry, however candidates with experience within vertical markets will be considered
