The Role
First 6 Months - Resourcing & Training
* Learn the Rail & Engineering market
* Source and screen candidates
* Build and manage talent pools
* Support experienced consultants on live roles
* Develop confidence in candidate management
This phase gives you the foundations to succeed in recruitment.
After 6 Months - Sales & Business Development
* Develop and manage your own client relationships
* Proactively win new business
* Identify growth opportunities within accounts
* Start billing and earning commission
This role includes a strong sales and business development focus - you won't just manage jobs; you'll actively grow your desk, build partnerships and drive revenue.
