The client:
Interaction Technical are supporting a well-established printing firm based in Kettering on their search for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Our client works with both national and international blue-chip companies within multi-billion pound industries, providing and manufacturing marketing material by utilising their state-of-the-art printing facility. The client is now looking to add a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to their day shift team and offer a great opportunity to work within an exciting industry, for a growing yet well-established company.

The Duties:
8. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on printing machinery
9. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults
10. Support production teams to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
11. Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to health & safety standards
The Requirements:
12. Proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally within a printing or manufacturing environment
13. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
14. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
