<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>Part‑time Community Nurse with Meadway & Bucklands community nursing team in Stechford/Hodgehill. This role covers five council wards, with some cross‑over into the Solihull border.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver nursing interventions in clients’ homes.</li><li>Work collaboratively with a multi‑professional team and support other team members.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the service.</li><li>Manage change in clinical practice and processes.</li><li>Make independent clinical and leadership judgments.</li><li>Supervise the workload of junior colleagues.</li></ul><h3>Working Hours</h3><p>30 hours per week with flexible shift options in line with the trust’s flexible working policy.</p><h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3><ul><li>Registered Nurse with valid registration.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change.</li><li>Experience supervising junior colleagues.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>International recruits should apply through the trust’s designated route.
