You'll be joining us in our Northants Area, covering practices around Hinckley.
Working hours are full time, 40 hours.
Your future in the Higham practice
* As a designate manager you will be travelling across the area and supporting a variety of practices until you are permanently placed in a practice.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
