The Role
As Creative Director, you will lead and inspire our talented creative team, shaping the agency's output across brand campaigns, integrated marketing, digital experiences, and performance-led content. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to push boundaries, ensuring ideas are both innovative and effective in delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and champion the creative vision and standards across the agency.
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and creatives.
* Oversee creative development across campaigns, from brand identity to performance-driven activations.
* Collaborate with strategy, client services, and performance media teams to deliver integrated work.
* Present creative concepts and pitches to clients with confidence and impact.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the agency continues to innovate.
* Balance creative excellence with commercial awareness, aligning ideas to client objectives
About You
We're looking for an experienced creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can inspire teams while delivering high-quality work that cuts through.

* Proven experience as a Creative Director (or Senior Creative/Design Lead ready to step up) within a marketing, brand, or digital agency.
* A portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and performance-led creative.

* Confident client-facing and pitching experience.
* A balance of big-brand thinking and data-driven creativity.
