CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a Wareham, Dorset based business, who are seeking an FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting the group’s financial planning and analysis. This position offers strong career growth potential within the wider finance function.
What will the FP&A Analyst role involve?
* Assist in the creation and review of annual and quarterly financial plans, ensuring all data is accurately captured and reported;
* Provide ongoing analysis of financial results, highlighting trends and variances to support business decision-making;
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data quality and streamline financial processes;
* Prepare and submit regulatory and business plan reports, including supporting documentation for credit ratings;
* Deliver monthly cash flow forecasts and performance dashboards for senior management review;
* Support the development and improvement of financial models and reporting tools to drive efficiency.
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Analyst vacancy:
* Experience in financial planning, analysis, or treasury support;
* Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills;
* Familiarity with financial planning software and reporting tools;
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
* Motivated and eager to progress within the finance function.
