About Our Client
Our Hove based client are looking to recruit a full time permanent Purchase Ledger Controller.
Job Description
As Purchase Ledger Controller you will be responsible for:
3. All invoice processing, transactions and payments
4. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports
6. Manage and maintain the filing system
7. Perform routine calculations to produce analysis and reports
8. Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
9. Support monthly payroll and keep organised records
10. Assist with audits and fact checks
11. Adhere to legal company policies and cooperate with the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
12. A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
13. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
14. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
15. Familiarity with financial regulations
16. Good mathematical skills and the ability to handle numerical data
17. Attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors
18. Strong ethics, with a high level of honesty and integrity
