A steadily growing European entity of a much larger global group is seeking to appoint aGroup Financial Controllerto join its expanding finance function. The business has experienced consistent growth across its markets and continues to strengthen its European presence. Over the past year, the finance team has undergone a period of consolidation and refinement, bringing increased clarity to processes, reporting structures, and the wider role finance plays within the organisation. As the company enters its next phase of development, the appointment of a Group Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting both operational excellence and strategic growth.
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the Group Financial Controller will sit between the Group FD and the wider finance team, providing leadership, structure and hands-on expertise across the department. The finance team currently consists of eight professionals, and this role will take day-to-day responsibility for managing, guiding and developing the team while ensuring that the function operates effectively, accurately and in line with the groups wider objectives.
