Your new roleThis varied role that incorporates managing the infrastructure of the office, managing day-to-day operations, project management, implementing HR policies and procedures and executive support to the Managing Director. * Managing all aspects of the recruitment process within the business
* Candidate attraction, application, interview process and offer letters
* Developing employee engagement and the internal review process
* Overall management of employee training and development against needs
* Development of on-boarding & off-boarding process
* Review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and documentation.
* Overall development and maintenance of IIP framework and accreditation
