Manage and maintain schedules for all conference rooms, internal meeting rooms and visitor offices. Regularly checks stock of stationery cupboards, reprographics area, staff kitchen and conference rooms. Understand the AV and IT equipment to help employees and clients to join calls or display presentations. Assist the Operations Manager with internal office moves and setting up for new joiners. Assist the paralegal and Legal PA teams with ad-hoc administration requirements. Reception & Operations Assistant Key Skills & Requirements: 2 years reception / front of house experience from a law firm. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and switchboard systems. Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
