Role overview
Have you made in-roads into the world of Paid Search, but have found you’ve hit a ceiling? Well, we have an exciting opportunity at Tomorrow, which will enable you to build on your foundational Paid Search skills, using them to develop into a bona fide expert. With some big clients, and exciting work, you’ll have training, guidance and autonomy to flourish and hone your skills in a friendly and hardworking environment. No two days are the same, and we’re looking for someone who’s motivated and driven to take the next step in their Paid Search career.
At Tomorrow we value collaboration, accountability and agility to deliver the best media planning and activation proposition for our clients. To facilitate this, you will work closely with the programmatic and social teams, aligning for full funnel, cross-channel success.
What you’ll be doing
* The day-to-day management of key channels including:
1. Google, Microsoft and Apple Search, with specific focus on Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, Video and App campaigns
2. Management of campaigns and optimisations, in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with agency partners and clients, for favourability and retention.
* Ensuring the QA process is fit-for-purpose, and that the process is strictly adhered to.
* Creating weekly commentary and reports across multiple clients in various industry verticals.
* Planning, launching, and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Aligning with the overarching biddable media strategy, covering the approach to planning and activation.
* Developing knowledge of the paid search ecosystem to help improve the overall search offering of the agency.
* Driving innovation across accounts, developing new ways of working and pushing new boundaries through Test and Learn.
* Developing client strategies in association with the Account Directors.
* Working closely with our dedicated search engine representatives to source new opportunities and test new beta’s.
What makes you a great fit
You are an ambitious candidate who wants to develop rapidly. You want to help grow the agency's search offering, exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
* Paid Search Experience: You have 2 years’ experience working in the Paid Search space, either client or agency side.
* Applied Certifications: You have the relevant Google qualifications, which you’ll have put into practice.
* Analytical Mindset: You appreciate a good spreadsheet and know how to use data to optimise campaigns.
* Excellent Communicator: Whether it’s writing punchy copy or presenting campaign results, you have a way with words and visuals.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google & Microsoft Ads, Editor, Looker Studio and can work well with big data sets.
* Passionate About Digital Marketing: You’re excited about digital trends and always looking for the next big thing.
* Strive For Excellence: You take pride in your work and always deliver to the best of your ability.
* Accurate and Precise: You have excellent attention to detail with the ability identify patterns and anomalies.
