The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
* An understanding of current educational practices and classroom support strategies
* Awareness of working within a multicultural environment
* Understanding of equal opportunities and inclusive classroom practice
* Knowledge of, or willingness to engage with, extended school programmes
