Responsibilities:
* Providing specialist counselling services for children and families facing a range of challenges.
* Conducting assessments and developing personalized therapy plans to support emotional well-being.
* Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions for children and families.
* Collaborating with social workers, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
* Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
* Accreditation with a recognized body (e.g., BACP, UKCP).
* Experience working with children and families in a CFD setting.
* Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
