Your Background
You are a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager with proven experience leading teams in a high-volume, high-pressure customer-facing environment. You bring strong hands-on operational expertise and are comfortable being embedded in day-to-day operations while maintaining clear oversight and control. You have a track record of driving performance and effort from teams, solving complex operational problems in real time, and making decisive calls in fast-paced settings.
You thrive under pressure and are driven by delivering operational efficiency, accuracy, and consistent performance. As a natural hands-on leader, you continuously identify opportunities for improvement, remove operational bottlenecks, and ensure service levels and business objectives are met, even during peak demand.
