Base - Dewsbury Health Centre
Responsibilities:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Organisational Development team on a fixed term contract, providing career break cover, until 31st March 2026.
This role offers significant variety, opportunity and challenge across a range of wellbeing, benefits and engagement activities including:
* coordinating projects relating to Wellbeing, Benefits and Engagement,
* coordinating the Colleague Peer-to-Peer Support Networks (menopause, carers men's health)
* delivering new starter Inductions and new starter pastoral support
* coordinating and implementing the delivery of colleague recognition including standing ovation awards and long service awards
* supporting organisational approaches to increasing and measuring staff engagement; including colleague surveys, newsletters, listening events and focus groups.
This role requires a person who has excellent organisational and analytical skills combined with the ability to network, influence and carry out activities to provide wellbeing and benefits support and engagement to colleagues across Locala.
